To serve and promote the business life of our membership and the construction industry.  To be the recognized voice and authority of Victoria's construction industry.

CAV is a local Construction Association representing over 300 member companies in Greater Victoria and lower Vancouver Island.  Founded in 1912 as a Builders Exchange, CAV is the only local industry association representing the industrial, commercial, institutional and multi-residential divisions of construction.
