Recruiting and retaining good people is a primary concern for the construction industry.  To assist our members, SVICA is engaged in provincial Labour Market and Human Resource initiatives, the delivery of human resource workshops and solutions.  Successful initiatives include the 'made for industry' Employee Benefits Program, Skilled Trades Employment Program (Step) and the Industry Skills Association.
