It is vital to keep pace with technology, techniques, leadership and management in a rapidly changing construction environment in order to maximize quality, efficiency and profitability. It is crucial to keep up to date on relevant legislation, building code changes, contract law, tendering and safety practices.
SVICA is your resource to keep your team safe, current and pursuing the highest levels of excellence through education.
SVICA also sponsors a scholarship award program. This program offers funding to dependents of SVICA members and employees of member companies. Scholarships are given to those who are indentured or enrolled in a trade related program and pursuing an educational program that would likely involve full time employment in the construction industry.
